This organic silk has been handspun by women in rural India, whom I work with directly. This process serves as their only source of income, and their mastery in spinning this incredible silk sustains their livelihoods. Every purchase contributes to the survival of these artisans and their families, as I have personally supported their work in this craft.
Organic Eri silk is distinguished not just by its quality, but also by its method of production. The process allows the silkworm to metamorphose into a butterfly.
